How are orders sent? Depending on the product, orders are sent via a FREE tracked service from our dispatch centres in the UK, U.S and Hong Kong

How long does delivery take? Items can take up to 10 working days to arrive. Some items may take longer due to delays with customs, public holidays or mistakes with shipping addresses

Can I track my order? Yes, customers are provided with a tracking number which you can enter via the Global Track & Trace website. Alternatively, track your delivery via your country’s postal service website eg. UK deliveries can be tracked via the Royal Mail website

What if my order doesn’t arrive? Don’t worry! If your order gets lost in the mail we can resend the product or refund the order. Please note the delivery company MUST confirm the parcel as lost before we can proceed with reimbursement. This can take a minimum of 30 days

Do I have to pay customs charges on an international delivery? No, products which are shipped from outside of Europe are of relatively low value, therefore there are no charges for the recipient

Can I change my delivery address? You can do this prior to dispatch. We recommend contacting us directly to make sure we dispatch your order to the correct address

Returns Address



Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund. We will not process a refund for any returned items that have been used or opened. 

Customers have 14 days to report any issues after receiving their item. If you wish to return the item, please do so within 14 days of receiving it.

We can provide a refund once we receive the returned item. We recommend sending the parcel tracked and we will cover the postage if we are at fault. For unwanted items, it is the customer’s duty to cover the postage. 

If you are not happy with the results from using the product, the manufacturer offers a satisfaction guarantee with which details can be found on the packaging of the item.

Incorrect Details Policy

Customers need to make sure their personal details are entered correctly when ordering. This includes your shipping address and email address. We may have trouble getting your parcel to you if your address is incorrect. Please double check your details before completing your order. 

What happens if my parcel is shipped with an incorrect address? The postal company will return the parcel to us, in which case we can resend your product as soon as we are provided with the correct shipping address.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email or tracking number? To successfully receive this information, your email address needs to be 100% correct. Please double check your email address before completing your order. 


International orders will need to pass through customs before they reach the customer. Occasionally items may be held in customs due to a number of reasons, however most orders will pass through quickly with no issues. Please note that we do not have any control over delays in the destination country’s customs office. 

There will be occasional delays due to public holidays which will slow down deliveries. We prepare for these occasions to make sure our customers receive their order as quickly as possible however we have no control over delivery companies and customs. 

Product Issues

Due to the nature of the products (Crest Whitestrips) advertised on, we advise all customers to consult with their dentist before using them. Most users of Crest Whitestrips experience no issues, however anyone using Crest Whitestrips do so at their own risk.

Anyone with a history of dental problems should not use Crest Whitestrips advertised on due to the product’s peroxide content.
