How long does delivery take?

Depending on the destination country, orders take up to 6 working days to arrive from the date of dispatch. Some orders may take longer due to the coronavirus pandemic and we advise all orders take up to 10 working days during this time. 

How do I track my order?

Customers receive an email with a DHL tracking link. Click on the link to view your delivery status. Alternatively, you can track your delivery here

Can I return my order?

Customers can return their order for a replacement or refund. Please note orders must be returned in their original condition. 

Are Crest Whitestrips safe?

Yes! Crest Whitestrips are enamel safe and the active ingredient is used by dentists. Anyone considering teeth whitening who have a history of dental problems should consult with their dentist first. 

To ensure you get the best results, please read Crest Whitestrips instructions carefully.

I've had dental work done. Can I use Crest Whitestrips?

Please note that teeth whitening products will only work on your natural teeth. They do not work on veneers, crowns, bridges or any other dental work. 

Why did my order come from Hong Kong?

Our primary operations are based in Hong Kong, which is where all orders are shipped from. We cannot ship from within the EU due to their laws on teeth whitening products.
