Due to the coronavirus pandemic, our company has taken necessary precautions to ensure customers receive their order as quickly and safely as possible. It is paramount that we keep both our customers and staff safe from the spread of infection.
To accomplish this, our staff members are obiding by guidelines set out by the Hong Kong government. These guidelines include social distancing and the use of protective equipment where necessary.
Staff at DHL across the globe are also taking the same safety measures. Most orders will pass through Germany before being forwarded to the destination country.
Our primary operations are based in Hong Kong, which is where all orders are shipped from. Due to EU laws on teeth whitening products, it is not possible to ship from within the EU.

No, products that are shipped outside of Europe are of relatively low value, therefore there are no charges for the recipient

Track Your Delivery
Customers from all countries can track their delivery via the DHL website
Simply select the destination country and enter your tracking number to view your delivery status
Items can be returned in their original condition for a replacement or refund. Customers have 14 days to report any issues after receiving their order. You then have a further 14 days to return it.
We can provide a refund once we receive the returned item. We recommend sending the parcel tracked and we will cover the postage if we are at fault. For unwanted items, it is the customer’s duty to cover postage.
Customers need to make sure their personal details are entered correctly when ordering. This includes your shipping address and email. We may have trouble getting your parcel to you if your address is incorrect/ incomplete.
What happens if my parcel is shipped with an incorrect address? Dont worry, your order will be returned to us. You will need to provide us with the correct address before we reship it.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email or tracking number? To successfully receive this information, you need to provide us with a valid email address.
International orders will need to pass through customs before being passed on to your local delivery company. Occasionally items may be held in customs due to a number of reasons, however most pass through with no issues. Please note that we do not have any control over delays in the destination country’s customs office.
